Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly.
