Myself and two friends have recently worked with a number of the Winkworth staff to secure a new letting in Clapham, and have had a very positive experience with the company. We have primarily been in contact with Hannah who was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us round the property initially and was highly involved and present with organising the subsequent contracting and negotiation process after that. We had a number of teething issues with resolving referencing from our previous letting company, and Hannah was very patient and pragmatic while we resolved these issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we have been very impressed by the service from Winkworth, we have had difficulties with previous letting agents, so were incredibly pleased to have such a good experience with Winkworth.

Having got into a long, complex chain it was never going to be an easy or straightforward ask! Winkworth was managing my tenanted property for over a year. Ryan has helped me all possible way for over the year and helped me out for any issues that I raised. All in all an easy, pleasant experience selling through Winkworth’s. All the staff there are very helpful, accommodating & approachable, nothing is too much trouble. Anthony & Jordan both kept me completely up to date. I would most definitely recommend Winkworth of Bagshot.
