Winkworth were the second estate agent to market our property. The first were an absolute disaster inaccurate and hurried all the things you think when you hear the words ‘estate agents’! What a difference from Rosella and her team. Professional and accurate always responding to queries quickly. She marketed the property well gave sound advice and provided support and guidance when required. At the end when the deal nearly broke down she stayed calm and professional, professing surprise at buyers decision due to all the money already expended. She was correct, the buyers got their act together and we eventually exchanged and completed within a week at the price originally agreed. The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. Since the very beginning of my recent search for a flat to rent, in Queen's Park area, I could count with the support and knowledge from Winkworth Kensal Rise branch, more specifically from Shaun B., who was absolutely efficient, diligent, and professional, by taking my search criteria into consideration 100%, no matter how much my specific criteria would narrow the options available. He only sent over email the properties that would be as close as possible as a match to my needs, this way avoiding wasted time, and he was always respectful to my decision, whenever I was not yet convinced about the flat or feeling confident to make an offer. Different from other agents I've dealt in the past, who would push / rush me to make an offer, Shaun, instead, has kept an eye on the market and made constant follow up, sending over additional / new properties which were not even listed on the market yet, and giving me an opportunity to view the flats first hand, not to mention his availability to go into the properties, prior to any viewings, to record videos and send over to me, which helped with speeding things up, and made me feel like I was assisted by a true professional, from day one. His flexibility, when I needed to reaccommodate the viewings due to my work schedule, was also noted and truly appreciated. Although I've now managed to renew the lease at my current flat, and won’t need to move out, after all, I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for having Shaun supporting me on this search. He truly went above and beyond, to give me the best chances to secure the right flat to address my needs.
