We interviewed 4 agents and although most had merits, Winkworths stood out. After meeting Clive we were given pragmatic and realistic advice without any unnecessary sales gloss. Once appointed an excellent sales pack was produced and the negotiation team were always helpful and extremely professional. It was hardly an easy sell, however, Winkworths took all the stress out of the process and I couldn't recommend them enough. An excellent and professional estate agent.

Winkworth managed the property that we purchased in Poole. On the whole we were happy with the service. Sean did his best to make sure that both parties were happy, during some difficult periods. Comminication could have been a bit clearer/ emails we received were a bit hard to decipher, or we didn't receive any response at all. Was very pleasant when meeting us to collect the keys. Would be happy to deal with Winkworth again.

I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office.
