I live overseas and my flat was undergoing renovation when I left the UK in Aug 2022. By the time it was ready to be rented out in Feb 2023, it was already very stressful coordinating the whole process from overseas. Luckily, a neighbour who had known and worked with Josh and Federico for a very long time highly recommended them to me. Federico/Winkworth Kensington was the only estate agent I had contacted only because I was that impressed by the recommendation from my neighbour. Before the flat was rented out, Federico was extremely responsive and flexible. This was much appreciated especially given the time-zone differences. Federico and I were on several calls/messages via Whatsapp/emails all the time to discuss every detail prior to pictures being taken and the flat being advertised. There were still some snaggings from the renovation, and Federico gave excellent suggestions and great advice in terms of what and how to fix them up etc. and he sent me pictures and videos to facilitate my discussions with/instructions to my builders from overseas, which was extremely helpful since it was more difficult to arrange and sort things out from overseas. Throughout the advertising period, Federico was extremely professional and had very high standards of me as a landlord and any prospective tenants, yet was easy-going and very personable. He is very efficient and has great commercial sense and works to a very high standard. There were a few small unforeseen complications which came up, but Federico navigated through these issues with such a high degree of professionalism and patience. He was away on holiday before my tenant had moved in, but he made sure to check in on my paperwork and ensured everything was in order so that my tenant could have a smooth move-in. Federico made the rental process for me easy and seamless. I can't thank him and the Winkworth team enough. I highly recommend their services to any landlord or tenant! Jasmine in Lettings is very proactive. Within 24 hours of me calling her she had my property advertised on Rightmove. Her communication is good, always giving me timely updates and responding to my emails promptly. Jasmine gave the right advice regarding the correct price point and she produced a very good advert with professional pictures and text. It took just over 5 weeks to find good tenants which is good value for money. Jasmine also recommended trades people who were competitively priced.

Having searched for over 2 years for a home, Winkworth having never dealt with them before, was the only estate agent who took my call, and squeezed me in for a booking at short notice to meet my needs. The agent who I met with was a people person & allowed me to look around on my terms, answering my questions but just as important made me feel at ease, he also was kind enough to allow my partner at short notice to view the house.
