Great service from Toby and his team at Winkworths Hove. We used them to sell my parents flat which was made complex by the leasehold having only 62 years left. They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. I thought the experience was going to be very challenging but Toby and his team took the pain out of the whole process. Highly recommended.

After mum died in March this year we needed a personal and friendly local service to help us through the whole process of selling mum's house. After experiencing the excellent service that the team gave us who my daughter sold and purchased her houses it was a no brainer to go with Winkworth. A fair valuation was given with absolutely no hard sell at all. I think setting a realistic price helped us to sell the house quickly. From Daryl, Andy, Max (and others who I haven't mentioned (sorry)) through to Rachel who was amazingly supportive and pro active in the whole after offer and completion care it all completed without a hitch. He was so incredibly flexible and went above and beyond with helping us secure our dream spot. Not only was Ramani very professional but so hospitable and understanding of our circumstances. 10/10, can’t recommend enough!
