It is now not much longer than a month that I have started to rent with Winkworth. Everyone has been truly available, transparent and helpful throughout the process and I am really grateful as I have had my-self (as pretty much everyone else in London!), not so good experiences with letting agencies. I cannot recommend Winkworth Estate Agents in Northampton highly enough. Ian Simons and the team are consummate professional, and fantastic people. Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required. Great folks, lovely experience over the last year of renting. Ophelia specifically made sure that our building was kept in check, with this actual changes were made when requested. An extremely professional agency and one of the few estate agencies that made a lasting impression on me for what good service over a long period of time is. There are many bad ones out there but this one is one of the good ones.
