An excellent service from start to finish with Winkworth. After finding a property that we really liked Jenny Wintermeyer was fabulous making all the arrangements and ensuring we were able to get everything in place that we needed. She made herself available throughout the whole process and had a great working knowledge of the property, something that you rarely find. This move has been far from easy and stressful at times due to a difficult chain. Massive thank you to Jade who managed updates every week throughout the chain and then towards the end, daily chasing. I was kept well informed. The issue being a poor conveyancer which proved very incompetent. Jade remained calm and professional and engaged through the chain to ensure we finally exchanged, even though only a few days before completion. She had to deal with my stress too!
