I would like to convey my sincere thanks along with commendation for the exemplary service provided by Winkworth Poringland for the sale and purchase of our house in December 2024. From the very outset, George was professional and knowledgeable regarding valuation and sales and the marketing sales materials were put together quickly. We were very pleased with the high number of potential buyers Winkworth invited to view and with the high number of offers and speed of the sale. Throughout the entirety of the transaction Jade, in particular, maintained a consistent correspondence, was very patient and ensured we were always kept in the loop. The whole team are friendly and supportive and it was great to deal with one person who is always in the know, I think this is what makes them better than the rest and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

We had a really great experience of selling our flat with Winkworth (similar to the experience when we bought it through them 8 years before). Alex was very trustworthy and provided really sound and trustworthy valuation advice (initially advised us not to sell, as he thought the market would improve if we waited for a few months). Nicola then led the sale process, and assisted with trying to find us a house. She, and her team, were very creative and offered a great bespoke service. They were highly responsive and really on top of their brief. I would highly highly recommend.

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout.
