Winkworth Lordship Lane are exceptional estate agents - they are total experts about the local area and market. But the best thing about this branch is the team. Nicola is an absolute rocket - she's proactive, friendly, professional. What I've come to admire most about her is her tenacity. She was absolutely going to get my house sold and never gave up despite various set backs. Alex leads a strong team and, from the very low staff turnover, you can tell they love their jobs. It's good to get to know staff properly during the process. I also used Winkworth for managing my property for a year of rental - Claire Jenkins is brilliant, so efficient and reliable. Also Sami was great for the check-out and on general communication. The systems used for my tenants to log incidents was slick and Winkworth were quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both for sales and management.

Jasmine in Lettings is very proactive. Within 24 hours of me calling her she had my property advertised on Rightmove. Her communication is good, always giving me timely updates and responding to my emails promptly. Jasmine gave the right advice regarding the correct price point and she produced a very good advert with professional pictures and text. It took just over 5 weeks to find good tenants which is good value for money. Jasmine also recommended trades people who were competitively priced.

I didn’t think to leave a review for Winkworth whilst I was working with them as everything went smooth and they did a good job looking after my rental property. I’m now selling the property and I have to say once the tenant moved out and Winkworth has stopped looking after the flat, Anna has gone above and beyond to help me with things that I have needed, which for an estate agent who is no longer being paid to take care of your property goes to show work ethic, care and true integrity. We purchased our dream property through Winkworth Poole and were very impressed with the service provided by George and his Team. Friendly but professional in all respects. Our sale (through another agent) was extremely protracted and there were a number of occasions when we thought we would lose our purchase.
