Their knowledge of the building and history of such things as planning permission around the area, which walls would have been added etc ,has proved very useful to our buyers.They picked out the unique aspects of our flat, employed an excellent photographer and marketed it at the right price.They were friendly and helpful and were prepared to work overtime when it was difficult for potential buyers to visit during office hours. They kept us informed at every step of the way and did not put up with time wasters! Their advice was invaluable. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to sell a property.
