Sam and Stuart helped us sell our flat. They were communicative and responsive. We secured offers quickly. However, the exchange and completion dates were not lined up appropriately and we were left in temporary accommodation with a young family. Our position of negotiation was weakened in a few instances and this did not help our situation. While I recommend Sam and Stuart, there are learnings here that I relayed directly and hope will inform the sales process going forward.

I can't recommend Winkworth Farnham enough. I've been helping my Mum sell her home in Ewshot and from the very beginning we've had an excellent service. In particular, Jamie Solis has been fantastic. He came to do a valuation before Mum had made a final decision about selling and gave us considered advice about the best time to put the house on the market as, at the time, the economy wasn't conducive. When we went ahead he gave us a wonderful, comprehensive and sensitive service throughout the process. We completed today and would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude.
