I highly recommend Tom Neal from WinkWorth Chiswick if you are looking to rent a home. He is soft spoken, not pushy, and really listens when you speak. Quite frankly, Tom is a breath of fresh air. When I met Tom, I was about to give up my flat search. We spoke about what I was looking for and he convinced me to view a flat. Reluctantly I did, and a few weeks later I moved into exactly what I was looking for. Not only does Tom find you a home, he also works hard to ensure you get it. As I had just moved back to the UK after living in Australia for the past five years, and was on a contract job, I needed guidance to understand all the various admin requirements in order to get approved and Tom patiently walked me through it all. Having tried another local Farnham agent initially who were unable to generate any traction I moved the sale of my mother’s house to Winkworth Farnham. I wish I’d done it sooner and their service levels were night and compared to the previously instructed agent. Jamie Solis handled the instruction and his feedback and responsiveness was nothing short of impressive. The sale took longer than I would have liked but I attribute that to the fact the sale was in a chain and the market was not great. As the house was vacant I put all our trust into Winkworth and they were nothing short of exceptional.
