I engaged Winkworths to sell my leasehold property on recommendation from a friend. They weren't the cheapest - but I valued her opinion and will always be very glad I chose to give Winkworths my business. Ian guided and supported me through the protracted and exasperating sale of my flat and purchase of a house a hundred miles away - a staunch and caring ally through some really sanity-testing times, what with Covid and various anomalies on both homes. I really cannot rate him and Winkworths highly enough, and have no hesitation in recommending this organisation wholeheartedly.

Winkworths have successfully let and managed my 2 bed apartment in London W8 for 14 years. I bought the apartment through them originally. The management of the flat has been excellent over that period. Gas and electric certifications have been carried out, tenant requests dealt with promptly ( but always checking with me first) with good quite reasonably priced contractors;, paying over money on time with clear statements of account, and generally good communication and no.hassle The quality of tenants has always been good, with only one exception, which over 14 years is an enviable record. Again, recentluy, when my long term tenant left recently due to Brexit, I was concerned that in the Covid environment I would have difficulty finding another tenant. Federico Young, the lettings manager, at Winkworth Old Church St W8 advised on the rent level, and kept adjusting it during the marketing phase because of Civid uncertainties and testing the market,, until after three weeks he secured a young professional couple on a two year lease to move in at Christmas. What i appreciated was that immediately my old tenant left, Federico visited the apartment, suggested irefreshing the kitchen cupboards and replacing the blind in the second bedroom, but nothing more, then foowed up post building work to check on things before organising the professional clean. Federico's professionalism and communication with me throughout was faultless. I liked that he called me on the phone to talk things through rather than relying on email, sent photos over whafsapp, got spare keys cut.. He was also responsive out of office hours if I had a question. Federico also had the foresight to take marketing photos with the new kitchen cabinets and bedroom. blind for.use when this tenant leaves, so not a second of void time would be asted next time.aroumd. The most challenging of times to sell a house made bearable by the professionalism and experience of Justin at Winkworth. The first sale was due to complete on 9th April 2020 fell apart just before exchange due to the first Covid lockdown. Who knew what would happen next? Justin found us a tenant quickly who was interested in ultimately buying the house and almost a year to the day after we should have sold, the sale was completed. It has not been without its' stressful moments, but at all times, Justin has been available, understanding and his experience has helped to find a way through. Yes, estate agents' fees appear to be astonishingly high, but on this occasion I can honestly say we feel we have had incredibly good value for our money. Thank you Justin!

We sold our house in December 2021. The Winkworths team secured the sale of our home at a high asking price which we were delighted with. They subsequently played a key role in helping push through the sale / chain. Very much appreciated.

Whilst we didn’t not use these guys to sell they are our vendor’s Estate Agent and so we have had considerable communication with them over the last 3 months and they have been brilliant. Can’t fault them and it’s rare to find really good Estate Agents that don’t just care about the sale but also care about other parties involved in a chain. We dealt with Matthew who was great with comms and chasing things up and when he was on annual leave which can sometimes cause problems with files being passed and cases being covered by colleagues we then dealt with Ryan who has been absolutely outstanding. I would definitely recommend these guys for buying and selling and if we ever move again (please no 🙏😉) these guys will be our first choice xx

We have used Winkworth Ladbrooke Grove to let out our apartments in Notting Hill For the last ten years. A special thank you to Jason . He is always very responsive , timely and sensible in advice from years of his experience. He always manages to get the right tenants as soon as the property is available. I only wish all agents had as much common sense and good advice.

Daisy and Miranda were very helpful and accommodating with our rental in Shepherd's Bush. We are first time renters in the UK and the process is quite different than what we're used to. They were patient and helpful.
