We've heard horror stories about incompetent rental agencies, but these people here are absolutely professional. Thank you for everything !

Charlotte was great in helping us sort out the old decking in the property we rent - it got all rotten through the winter and parts of it had very scry gaping holes :( she quickly and efficiently sourced a contractor - Ren3w, who were very professional and efficient at replacing the old decking just in time for us to enjoy it this summer :)

From start to finish Winkworth in Banstead were nothing short of fantastic. Alison took us for 2 viewings - she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This wasn't an easy process, with a unstable chain breaking down and causing delay after delay over an 8 month period. Andrew (Branch Manager) called me weekly to give updates, and was always professional and affable for both good news and bad. Andrew was our main source of information as none was forthcoming from our conveyancer, and Andrew worked tirelessly to keep us informed particularly as we approached exchange. Thank you Winkworth for securing us such a lovely home. I fully recommend you with 5 stars.
