We rented a property through Winkworth, Poringland for seven months. Linda was our main contact. She was very good, helpful and assisted us through the stay. She quickly got agreement from an overseas landlord when necessary and was particularly good at checkout.

Sam Agar was the Estate Agent , of Winkworth ,acting on behalf of the Seller, we were buying the property. Sam was extremely easy to deal with, very personable, professional, gave good advice, always answered emails or Whatsapp messages immediately. Although he acted for the seller, we felt he was acting on our behalf too, he expedited the sale completion within the time frame he gave us, He smoothed out any contentious issues, and answered all of our concerns and inquiries. . He gave us a good insight into the property market as we were ex Pat buyers. We would highly recommend Sam Ager as an Agent & Winkworths as Estate Agents

I needed accommodation for my second year at University, and through this company was able to quickly and satisfactorily sort it. Emily showed me around the property, and was great! She was both helpful and efficient, having all the required figures to hand when they came up. Her emails were also polite and her replies are efficient, so no complaints from me! Jasmine was my initial contact with these estate agents and she was similarly great! Replies to emails were speedy which made the process of organising a look around a breeze. Would recommend!
