I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. In addition, if there were any news or arrangements, Hussain always email and call me to confirm it. They are responsible and efficient. I would love to recommend Winkworth Surrey Quays to everyone.

I was a bit sceptical about selling through Winkworth - I had always been under the impression that they were only interested in taking on the 'more exclusive' properties, but I quickly found out how wrong I was. Matthew and the team at Deeping were friendly and approachable. They listened to me, and produced such a fabulous brochure of my property details I actually cried! They quickly got viewings set up for me, and on most occasions, showed prospective buyers round too, which made everything less stressful for me. Communication was also excellent in every way. The whole process of selling my property was made so easy for me by Matthew and the team, without whom I think I would have been on the market much longer than I was.
