I opted to use the services of the Sleaford branch of Winkworth for three main reasons - • they understood the best way to sell my distinctive semi-rural property • they have a very big reach in terms of marketing, which attracted buyers who decided they would like to move to the area from elsewhere • the staff were professional, yet also friendly and approachable. In fact, a number of them have been working for the company for years, which indicates job satisfaction and means that they have a very good working knowledge of the area It took a little while to find the right buyers for my old, unique home, but the team at Winkworth remained positive throughout the process, and were always on hand to give advice and support.

After selling our property and going into rented in December 2020 it felt like we would never find our dream house. Then in June '23 we had the pleasure of viewing a property through Winkworths in Petersfield. From that day on we did not look back. We had dealt with a great number of agents over the time we had been looking, and the service we received was very varied from professional to downright awful. Andrew, Harry and Marcus were great. They were completely open and honest right from the start. We felt they were completely trustworthy and we were confident in what we were being told. We sold our house in Merton Park through Winkworth in Wimbledon and we had a great experience, they were dedicated, you can see they have a lot of experience, they put in loads of work, had great communication and we always felt that they had our best interest at heart and always gave us great advice. Even in a difficult market they got us loads of people through the door and multiple offers. Even when we had a sale fall though (due to an issue upchain) they were back on it and remained as dedicated throughout the whole process.
