I just wanted to leave a big thank you to Winkworths, and in particular Tania, who isn't even my estate agent. We were due to purchase a property from a vendor managed by Winkworths and they turned out to be really difficult for all involved. Tania handled every difficulty with complete professionalism and empathy to all parties. This process didn't work out, and we had to go our separate ways, but it's only fair to say how well this was handled. I would highly recommend Winkworths to others in future, the pain and frustration of a purchase slowly falling apart would have been much harder without them.

We recently bought our house through Winkworth’s. It wasn't plain sailing, with many delays due to issues outside of our control. Kim in particular was fantastic - always available to speak to or via email. Always kept us updated & kept me sane even when I felt the purchase may not happen! I genuinely couldn't have asked for more and am very grateful that she was on board to deal with issues when things looked bleak. This was my first time letting in the UK and it was quite an overwhelming process finding a flat. I had worked with some other agents that weren’t so great, so it was relieving to be working with Winkworth.
