Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We are very happy with the service provided by Winkworth Crystal Palace. They sold our house in a few days and helped navigate through a long and tricky chain. The process overall was very smooth thanks to Amy’s efficiency in the office and Jake’s experience and efforts.

Really good service from Winkworth, from viewing rental properties to moving in. Transparent, helpful, professional throughout. The strong communication skills Rebecca and Linda of Winkworth have were particularly valuable as I moved from an unfurnished let to an unfamiliar area from over 100 miles away, and needed to be kept up to date to organise removal services and work well in advance.

I've used lots of estate agents over the years but always use Tom for things in Cheltenham. He goes the extra mile, even picking up keys from my mother's house on one occasion. And is never too busy to answer the phone and do what needs to be done. Can't fault his service.

Anna and the team were great at selling our house. When our buyer pulled out Anna worked hard to secure a new buyer. During the process Anna kept in touch ensuring great communication between all and was key to helping us complete/exchange quicker than we thought which we were extremely grateful for. The whole team were always friendly and responsive to any queries. Highly recommend.

We have just sold our holiday home in West Cliff Bournemouth. We chose Winkworths in Westbourne as our agent and what a good choice. We met Fergus who was so professional with his approach which we followed to the letter. We had a good selection of viewers, all serious and not time wasters. I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

I have used Winkworth’s twice now to both buy and sell, I have found all staff to be polite, helpful and professional, but Nick in particular went above and beyond to communicate with all parties and finally bring everything together. Winkworth’s are definitely the best estate agents in my local area and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
