We've dealt with Sarah Russell Lettings Manager at Winkworths Hove for almost five years. If we could give 10 stars we would. Her professionalism, sensible approach to any issue raised and her ability to balance tenant and landlord expectations is second to none. If you are considering letting a property or you are a tenant, then you are very lucky indeed to have her in your corner. In an era of poor customer service, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Sarah and all the team at Winkworths.

We were looking for a property for quite some time in the Highcliffe area. Nick showed us around a couple of properties in our early search. From our initial meeting we were really impressed with his manner and rapport. It made us want to buy a property through him! After various setbacks with selling our own property(out of the area) we finally completed on a property last week which Nick suggested that we should look at. We are really happy with the property. We can not praise Nick and the team enough during the process, the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend Winkworth estate agents.

Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. He answered any queries we had about the house, was swift in arranging visits so we could do measurements etc. He is an asset to the Winkworth team and we wish him all the best for the future.
