I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Winkworth Hellesdon. From the first call I had with Andy regarding selling our family home of 40 years (one of the oldest properties in the village) to completion, I could not fault the team at Winkworth (Andy, Daryl and Rachel). They were much more enthusiastic about selling the property than other estate agents (we had 3 local agents in to assess the property); this along with competitive fees made it a very easy choice for us which we did not regret. The write-up advert and photos for the house on Right Move was comprehensive and captured the character of the property (a critical component when selling property) and we were subsequently informed/guided every step of the way during the selling process (from pricing, would-be buyers, solicitors, progress on the sale.....right through to completion.....in fact, I got quicker updates regarding the sale from Rachel than I did directly from our solicitors). Highly recommended.....and a belated thank-you to the team.

We dealt with Adrian Philpott initially as agents for our seller and then acting also in the sale of our own property. Together with his colleague Rod Heffernan, both were friendly and responsive throughout and steered us to successful sale and purchase.

Charlotte was great in helping us sort out the old decking in the property we rent - it got all rotten through the winter and parts of it had very scry gaping holes :( she quickly and efficiently sourced a contractor - Ren3w, who were very professional and efficient at replacing the old decking just in time for us to enjoy it this summer :)

My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Winkworth. Bryan Mannion was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond with helping us through a difficult living situation. He has a kind and professional manner and was always available. It felt incredibly reassuring and I would highly recommend his services to anyone thinking about purchasing a property.

People always say that moving house is up there with one of the most stressful life events there is, and they are not wrong, but working with a team as supportive and efficient as the one at Winkworth made it an awful lot easier. I cannot thank Leah, James and Louis enough for always going above and beyond to secure the sale of my property and for always being so helpful and reassuring. Each of them always knew exactly what was going on and kept me up to date every step of the way with open and honest conversations about the best way forward. The sale of my property had some complications along the way but luckily for me Jade was always one step ahead and full of solutions. She worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line and saved the day multiple times when issues with other parties involved cropped up. I do not know what I would have done without her. I won't think twice about using Winkworth again in the future!
