My landlord needed to sell the apartment I was renting, which initially was a bit of a shock to my partner and I (who had been in the place for 8 years). Winkworth were the agent selling on her behalf. Most of my interactions were with James, who was helpful in a few ways: - He took my details and offered help with finding somewhere else to live - He ran any visits past me for approval beforehand - He helped set up some viewings when my partner and I decided we could afford to buy a house instead of carrying on renting Ultimately, we decided to move away from Poringland after viewing a number of houses around Norwich. However, all of my interactions with Winkworth were positive and they are very professional. The apartment quickly sold and so disruption has been minimal whilst we have been busy sorting things out our end.

Mana and Rosie have been gentle, supportive and efficient during the stressful process of selling our family home of 18years. From the thoroughly professional approach and presentation of options to the delightful box of goodies handed to me on the last day… it had the things I simply could not remember where I had packed them - like tresseme hair conditioner… how did they even know this is the exact brand I love ❤️ and at the moment I most needed it ! Despite how many spreadsheets / notebooks and post it’s were completed with organisation - many many things are still separated from me in one of the 50 packed boxes !! For thoughtfulness, courtesy and care - I could not recommend Winkworths Wimbledon more highly. Would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could.

We recently moved from South Africa, As you can imagine, the stress finding the right house for our family, We viewed Winkworth Weybridge website and asked to view a property on the same day. Everything went as you could only dream. Saw the property at 15h00 Wednesday, 17h30. we had an offer accepted, holding deposit paid in the morning . By Friday afternoon, we had all references and checks completed. Kim and Major were nothing short of exceptional. When we are ready to purchase a property, I will not look any further. You guys have made us happy and taken away a huge worry, we have also already applied for my daughters schools thank you for your swiftness.

If you want to sell a house , go to Winkworths in Hove! . Toby knows his stuff and the process is seamless. Our house sold without us having to worry - ans the calmness of the team was so very reassuring. In fact it took just five weeks . All the little details that can stop things, they dealt with simply. What more can one want in a process thqt can be extremely stressful. As well They are a fantastic team and when they say they will do something, it happens. We have been very happy clients. Letting and managing a property is a big responsibility and from the very start we knew that they were going to take away any worries that can come up from letting a house. Things break in houses, electricity needs to be updated, gas certificates need to be achieved and all manner of things have to be replaced. None of this is planned but with a good agent, it never becomes a problem as it is always sorted very quickly. All of them are charming and it has been a pleasure to have them look after our house.
