Winkworth Estate Agents were representing the seller of the flat I purchased earlier this year and I originally dealt with Helena and then George Webb competed the process. I have to say both Winkworth reps were amazing. George was outstanding with his customer service, going the extra mile at every opportunity and there were quite a few frustrating challenges and delays with the process, none of them due to Winkworth I may add, however George supported myself and the seller fantastically. Communication from George was spot on. He was professional yet empathetic from the moment I spoke to him and as it was a 300 mile move for me and rather emotional changing every aspect of my life, I really appreciated his time, kindness and support. Can't say enough about how brilliant Winkworth are and I would recommend their service wholeheartedly.

Rented an apartment with Winkworth Shoreditch and can highly recommend them as Agent. Orlando and Lauren are very professional, always helpful and available to reach out. Also very thrustful and reliable, so I had a good feeling all the time. They provided great guidance for the whole process and have good knowledge for all necessary steps. Took only two weeks from viewing the apartment until being able to move in.
