Our company had used Winkworths previousley to rent a large flat in the West End with a tenancy ending this year. We were waiting for the tenant to vacate before viewings but Natasha persuaded us that she had a new interested tenant and agreed the viewing. An offer was made and immediately followed by short negotiations and an agreement. That was then followed by several paragraphs(I won't bore you) of further problems, difficulties and issues before we could sign.
