While other agents said the only way to generate interest was to price at nonsensically low levels, David and Charlie convinced me to play the long game. We priced at where we believed the value was and looked for a buyer who would agree. In the end, we found the right buyer and got a better price than other agents’ best case scenarios. And the long game ended up being not that long (3 months). I received top notch guidance throughout the sale process and remain grateful to both of them.
