We had Emma sell our house in Portslade. She was excellent from the get go. Very respectful of our home, without being asked. She organised a couple of open days and had a multitude of offers a few days later. She helped us choose the best offer for the quick, but reliable, sale that we wanted, and helped us through the arduous journey of buying and selling all the way to completion. Federico and his team have proven swift and very helpful on all aspects of my rental process: from the initial description and visit of the property down to very practical help to facilitate the move-in. When we decided to let our property we contacted a number of agents in the Clerkenwell area. We chose Adam Stone and his team and some 4 years or so later we have been very pleased with the service throughout. Covid has challenged most businesses however Winkworth have continued to deliver particularly with a change of tenants required some 18months or so ago. David.
