We recently sold our flat in Shepherds Bush through Winkworth, having also bought through them in 2015 and the service was excellent. Whilst personnel changed during the sale, which we appreciate can happen, and we had to therefore work with different sales managers, we were very appreciative to be offered a reduced commission for the inconvenience, whilst the service continued to be very good. Excellent communication on email and telephone with regular updates. We sold in a tough market and didn’t quite get the price we wanted, but Winkworth always seemed to have the very best intentions for us as sellers.
