We were looking for a property for quite some time in the Highcliffe area. Nick showed us around a couple of properties in our early search. From our initial meeting we were really impressed with his manner and rapport. It made us want to buy a property through him! After various setbacks with selling our own property(out of the area) we finally completed on a property last week which Nick suggested that we should look at. We are really happy with the property. We can not praise Nick and the team enough during the process, the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend Winkworth estate agents.

I rented a property from Winkworth for the final year of my undergraduate degree and from start to finish we had an excellent service. The contract signing process was smooth and efficient and we were assisted with all the questions we had. Any times issues arose Denise was on hand with a solution. Unfortunately during our tenancy the ceiling collapsed due to building works going on. Of course, this was nothing to do with Winkworth but in the aftermath the service we received was fantastic. Denise worked tirelessly to relocate us to a suitable property and ensured we received the compensation we deserved for the poor quality of service the landlord was offering. Denise turned what should have been a very stressful experience, particularly during exams, into a much more manageable one. If you're looking to rent a property in Bath, I could not recommend Winkworth and Denise enough.

Winkworth's made the process of selling my house incredibly easy. Mollie and the team were professional and friendly keeping me up to date with everything that i needed to know. They went above and beyond on the finer details arranging certificates that were needed as well as anything else that i may have forgotten or not known. I would highly recommend Winkworths for selling or renting out your house. They are absolutely brilliant!

Megan and Allison sold our house recently, and I can say with absolute confidence that they were absolutely fantastic from the word go.
