Matthew and Ryan were fantastic. Always happy to help, proactive, supportive and all around a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their services. There were several moments in the process where all would have been lost if not for these two.

When finding a flat to rent, we had a particularly good experience with Lettings Manager James from Winkworth's Hammersmith branch, who was super friendly, really helpful and got the process in motion so quickly! He went out of his way to be available for help and advice whenever we needed it, from viewings and documents, to communication with the owner of the property, and he made the process so easy from start to finish. We couldn't have been happier!

I could not recommend Winkworth NH highly enough, by far and away the best experience I've ever had as a renter. The property management team (and particularly Kylie Wright) are responsive, efficient, friendly and (rarest of all) empathetic. Have just moved out of a flat managed by them after a 7.5yrs and cannot recall a single instance when the team at Winkworth have been anything other than absolutely outstanding! My only regret is that this review is capped at 5 stars.

Top-class service. Matthew and Lucy were very helpful and proactive throughout the process in order to ensure the transaction went through. Most importantly, they kept us informed at all times and were always available to speak with. In addition, their positive and friendly manner made it a pleasure to deal with them.

Everyone we've had contact with at Winkworth has been extremely friendly and helpful but we mainly have had help from Harvey. He has been faultless and so incredibly helpful to us. We went into the process knowing nothing about buying a house and even on our first viewing he took the time to explain it all to us in detail. He has made the confusing process of buying a first home a lot more simple and been there at just an email away if we need him always replying quickly with excellent communication throughout and doing everything he can to help. Such a lovely guy and so helpful to us couldn't recommend him and the Winkworth team more. Thankyou so much.

Kiren at Winkworth is the best! I've been working with her first for rentals, then for sales, for 6 years. When it was finally time to sell, it was less than 2 months between putting the house on the market and completing on the sale. She's a great pleasure to work with.
