I rented a property from Winkworth for the final year of my undergraduate degree and from start to finish we had an excellent service. The contract signing process was smooth and efficient and we were assisted with all the questions we had. Any times issues arose Denise was on hand with a solution. Unfortunately during our tenancy the ceiling collapsed due to building works going on. Of course, this was nothing to do with Winkworth but in the aftermath the service we received was fantastic. Denise worked tirelessly to relocate us to a suitable property and ensured we received the compensation we deserved for the poor quality of service the landlord was offering. Denise turned what should have been a very stressful experience, particularly during exams, into a much more manageable one. If you're looking to rent a property in Bath, I could not recommend Winkworth and Denise enough.

Winkworth have been supporting with my letting my flat for more than 20 years. They are fantastic end to end, from finding tenants to helping with managing the paperwork, sending me timely reminders when I need to update things like gas safety certificates. and taking on board feedback when it is shared.
