Excellent complaint resolution and management from their Head of Property Mgmt Francesca Westbrook. I was beyond furious with their services just a week ago but my faith has been restored! Hope they keep up the strong service.

Rosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned. Come the day of viewing 4 offers by lunchtime 2 of which were well over the price she expected it to achieve. Rosella and the team at Winkworth are personable and the communication is good.
