I have been very happy with Winkworth's Kensington office, who handled the sale of my flat during the Covid pandemic. They have been so professional throughout, seeing the sale through to completion under very difficult circumstances. They pitched the price perfectly, getting several offers and finally achieving the full asking price. I had initially thought to go with a multiple agency, but they blew the other agents I had considered out of the water, with their focus and enthusiasm. Excellent service! Mike Watters and Harvey Banger did a fantastic job in selling the property in under two weeks for £15,000 over the asking price. From valuation, putting a brilliant brochure together, to escorting prospective buyers round nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of updates no chasing needed. Would have no hesitation of recommending them to sell your property.
