The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. The sale wouldn't have happened without Tom, and I appreciate his dedication.

Matt and the team at Winkworth recently helped us in the sale of my late father's house. There were numerous complexities surrounding this, not least the fact that the house was going through Probate, and that there were 4 siblings involved in the process.
