I have just completed on a property in West Hampstead with Jack and Nicole. They were first rate - when issues arose during the process, they handled them professionally and their experience showed very clearly. Nicole proactively showed me the flat that I ended up buying, despite it not being one that I had asked to view, and Jack has been honest and straightforward throughout. Excellent real estate agency!! Their lettings manager Jenny Wintermeyer was very effective, kind, reliable and went out of her way to cater for all the specific needs we had as tenants. I would have rated Winkworth maximum score it if wasn’t for their reference checking process which they outsource to a company named goodlord. That process was run very ineffectively by goodlord and I hope Winkworth will change provider soon. Kudos again to Jenny for being a master matchmaker between tenants and owners!

The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!
