At the end of last November we had to find ourselves a house - quickly! We had put our place in East London on the market and we soon had a buyer who was desperate to move in. We had decided to relocate to the New Forest area and booked a four day trip to view the homes we had shortlisted from Rightmove. The first viewing didn’t go well. The house was ludicrously overpriced and the agent very inexperienced. Not a good start. And then we met Rosella Short from Winkworth. She had arranged viewings of 3 homes in the Ferndown locale. Over the next 3 months as we worked on compiling the sale and purchase documents we kept in touch with Rosella who, with typical high energy, responded by return and guided us on the issues arising.
