On deciding to sell I chose to use Winkworth for this. Paul Benge has done a great job in marketing the property with good communication and it sold pretty quickly. So altogether, a good choice for both managing rental and selling properties.

Having sold up in West Sussex we rented a house in Petersfield prior to purchasing a home. Being new to the town that gave us time to get to know the area and chat to local agents. Andrew at Winkworth was head and shoulders above the other agents in getting to know us and our thoughts, which evolved over several months and we purchased a delightful one-off town house via Winkworth. The whole process up to Exchange of Contracts was handled very professionally and whilst Andrew was acting for the vendors he also gave us good and balanced advice throughout the process. We exchanged in the agreed timescale without any of the usual frustrations and agreed a long completion to allow the vendors to move to their chosen property. We took took possession last week, and much to our delight the property far exceeded our expectations. Winkworth was totally professional throughout the whole process and we would use them to sell the property when the time comes.
