I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. Great service from Toby and his team at Winkworths Hove. We used them to sell my parents flat which was made complex by the leasehold having only 62 years left. They made the process very simple and lead us through each step. We were also able to leave the keys with Toby and he would let various tradespeople into the property which made our lives alot easier as we live 2 hours from Hove. I thought the experience was going to be very challenging but Toby and his team took the pain out of the whole process. Highly recommended.
