I want to commend Lewis, Nick and Charlie at Winkworths Lavender Hill for an amazing job. As with all transactions, we hit bumps in the road, but at no point did these guys give up and negotiated the deal to completion masterfully. We exchanged on a flat in Maida Vale on Friday last week. From first arranging the initial appointment to view the flat right up until we exchanged last week, Winkworth's Dominic Hallett has been nothing but professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. With a great team of solicitors, Dominic was very easy to collaborate with and it always felt like we were working towards the same shared goal.
