Having tried another local Farnham agent initially who were unable to generate any traction I moved the sale of my mother’s house to Winkworth Farnham. I wish I’d done it sooner and their service levels were night and compared to the previously instructed agent. Jamie Solis handled the instruction and his feedback and responsiveness was nothing short of impressive. The sale took longer than I would have liked but I attribute that to the fact the sale was in a chain and the market was not great. As the house was vacant I put all our trust into Winkworth and they were nothing short of exceptional. We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.
