I'd like to leave a review for Kate Noble. She is a fantastic property manager. My property recently needed a refurbishment and Kate project managed this for me and made what could have been a stressful experience really easy for me. She was fantastic at helping me select the contractor and then dealing with the day to day of getting the work done.

I have dealt with Aliya Conway for years, she lets my flat for me, and she is the most professional member of staff you could hope to deal with. She is fair and honest but also super business like gets me what I need to achieve. I am useless with Admin and returning calls but she bears me well. I take her advice always on achievable rents and she is always correct, she knows the market inside out. Her team work well for her and are lovely too. I would want this talent working for me in a heartbeat if I had a business.

Winkworth in Cheltenham have provided a fantastic service to me and my family. Katy's experience and market knowledge on the sales side is second to none. Winkworth handled both the sale of our house and the purchase of my own house within Banstead. After the first buyers dropped out shortly before exchange they managed to find a new buyer within a couple of days which meant that I was not going to lose my new property.
