There were some significant challenges with one part of the chain but throughout it all, she was the person keeping everyone informed and holding solicitors and other agents to account on a daily basis. Always polite, professional and supportive, she never made us feel like anything was too much trouble, consistently taking the time to speak to us and responding to emails. Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. In addition, if there were any news or arrangements, Hussain always email and call me to confirm it. They are responsible and efficient. I would love to recommend Winkworth Surrey Quays to everyone.
