I've just got to say what a fantastic service my family and myself have had from Winkworths, Wellingborough Road. Ours was a difficult sale for reason's beyond our control, but Ian especially was unbelievable to us. He kept us updated throughout our journey, and was more a friend than estate agent, along with all the staff. My family would just like to say a massive thank you.

Very professional and thoughtful presentation of the property as I searched for a rental property. I found the Lettings Team very thorough in how they explained the nature of the property, the surrounding area, and helped me look through every nook and cranny when searching for a property to rent. Whilst I found a property elsewhere in the end, their service was of a very high standard.

We have just sold our house with Winkworths, Poringland. Team members who deserve a special mention are Jamie, Director, Leah in sales and Jade, Assistant Manager. Each of these individuals were responsive and efficient. Jamie responded to us out of hours to help with queries we had and gave sound advice. Our sale however would not have gone through had it not been for the tenacity of Jade, who went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Buying and selling property remains a very stressful time, having a team with these individuals made all the difference. Charlie is brilliant. As is his colleague David. They sold our flat in record time and for a great price. Then helped me find and buy a new flat which was a dream come true. Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.
