Dominic went well beyond the call of duty to secure this sale. He cajoled my solicitor who was often slow in dealing with the buyer's enquiries. He placated the buyer who was increasingly irritated by the delays and when a particular document seemed impossible to obtain through normal channels he took the initiative and managed to secure it by personal contact. A marvellous performance Dominic.
