It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam Agar from Winkworth's as a first-time buyer. There are so many estate agents online and otherwise that just thinking about it brings us to our demise. Then Winkworth's Rosella promptly came along with her and her team being historically strong. We had done our research, statistics and all that jazz, and only one stood out with real pizazz. This particular estate agent was selling left, right and centre while displaying professionalism, transparency and confidence; no one could prevent her. Within six weeks our house was sold, despite Liz Truss making the market go cold. From beginning to end this process drives me round the bend, but with Rosella, no worries; you can depend. From the bottom of our hearts to the tops of the trees, thank you for making our experience full of ease!

We recently had help from Helen to rent a flat in the Leigh area. It was a really lovely and easy experience from the beginning of our interest to completion. Helen’s approach was perfect and what we liked was the speed of completion to rent our flat. This was helped by the portal they use where you can sign all contracts and docs and also the inventory. Helen was very accommodating with our request to move as quickly as possible! We definitely recommend!

Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. He answered any queries we had about the house, was swift in arranging visits so we could do measurements etc. He is an asset to the Winkworth team and we wish him all the best for the future.
