I would like to say a big thank you to Alex at the Westbourne branch for all the help and advice he has given me recently regarding legislation and regulations relating to how landlords can treat their tenants. My son has been having a few issues and we wanted to find out what his rights were under the circumstances. My experience was as a seller, but no reason to believe they would be any different from the buyer perspective. I also struggled to find good conveyancing services, and followed Neil's recommendation on that front. That was also a very professional, coordinated service. Fully recommend.

In all of my many years of letting from various agencies over the years never have i experienced anything like the service and professional I have faced dealing with Winkworth. It has been outstanding. Beyond words. They have bent over backwards to help me get back on my feet after a difficult few months. I wish I had discovered them years ago and maybe things would have been different. They consider the needs of the individual. I can't recommend Fergus and his f a fantastic team enough. Don't bother with any other agents in the area because Winkworth and their amazing teams in both in the Southbourne and Westbourne branches are the best and you can't top the best.
