Our house sold without us having to worry - ans the calmness of the team was so very reassuring. In fact it took just five weeks . All the little details that can stop things, they dealt with simply. Letting and managing a property is a big responsibility and from the very start we knew that they were going to take away any worries that can come up from letting a house. Things break in houses, electricity needs to be updated, gas certificates need to be achieved and all manner of things have to be replaced. None of this is planned but with a good agent, it never becomes a problem as it is always sorted very quickly. All of them are charming and it has been a pleasure to have them look after our house.
