Winkworth managed the property that we purchased in Poole. On the whole we were happy with the service. Sean did his best to make sure that both parties were happy, during some difficult periods. Comminication could have been a bit clearer/ emails we received were a bit hard to decipher, or we didn't receive any response at all. Was very pleasant when meeting us to collect the keys. Would be happy to deal with Winkworth again.

Would highly recommend, Chelsea was really helpful and always made sure we were kept up to date with what was happening. The whole process from viewings to making an offer were really easy and took away a lot of the stress of buying a house.

Stuart impressed us from the first time we talked to him about selling our late mother's flat. He and Gemma worked incredibly hard to keep the buyers onside during some drawn-out issues around legal documents. They were always on-hand and reassuring, and eventually the sale completed.
