Working with Sam Smith on the purchase of our first home and he was an absolute rockstar. We began the process on December with the ambitious goal of closing a deal before the March 31st 2025 Stamp Duty Tax increase and Sam was our man throughout it all. Happy to say we closed in time and couldn’t have done it without Sam’s help and unwavering support. We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

House moves are always stressful but Jack and his team were professional, calm and transparent throughout. We completely lost confidence in our initial buyer and Jack stepped up and found us a new buyer who was able to complete on schedule. We have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team.

What a fabulous experience working with Winkworth, in particular Sophie, to find my dream home. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and informative and left no stone unturned during our hunt together. Sophie made, what can sometimes be a very stressful and exhausting few months, extremely enjoyable and a right laugh!
