I have to say that my experience during a recent search with Kelvin Lac was a cut above other estate agents. He is extremely efficient, conscious of the value of your time and provides real world insight that is genuinely valuable rather than platitudes. Had a great experience renting a place for my daughter with Federico Young. He was extremely patient, responsive and transparent in all our dealings and gave honest advice. This was extremely valuable to us as parents living outside of UK wanting to rent a safe, clean and affordable place for our daughter - all during COVID! Federico guided us through a few properties remotely, talked us clearly through the paperwork and even helped move a bit of furniture! Top notch service and we felt in safe hands all through the process. Cannot recommend Federico highly enough - thanks!

An excellent service from start to finish with Winkworth. After finding a property that we really liked Jenny Wintermeyer was fabulous making all the arrangements and ensuring we were able to get everything in place that we needed. She made herself available throughout the whole process and had a great working knowledge of the property, something that you rarely find. Not all estate agents are the same and Winkworth definitely go above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending them.
